Unopened trading card product doesn't carry a mechanical warranty the way electronics do — there's nothing to repair. What we guarantee instead is that what you receive is exactly what we said it was.
What we guarantee
Every item we sell is 100% authentic and, unless listed otherwise, factory-fresh and unopened — sourced from reputable suppliers, never resealed, and never a counterfeit or reprint.
If something's wrong on arrival
If an item arrives damaged, opened, or not as described, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — see our Return Policy for the full process.
