Shipping

Orders over $250.00 ship free. Orders below that threshold are charged shipping calculated by weight at checkout. All orders dispatch within 1 business day of payment clearing and include tracking.

Returns & Refunds

Sealed, unopened product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping. To start a return, email sales@boosterbayhub.com with your order number — we'll confirm the return and send instructions. Opened or resealed product is not eligible for return.

Damaged-in-transit claims are handled at no cost to you — contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Payment

We accept Bank Card, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Cash App. Choose your method at checkout — payment details for your selection are provided once your order is placed.
