- How do I pay?
- We accept Bank Card, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Cash App. Choose your method at checkout — we'll confirm payment details for your selection once your order is placed, and hold your items for 48 hours.
- Is your product sealed and authentic?
- Yes — every booster box and ETB is sourced sealed direct from distribution. We don't resell opened or resealed product.
- How fast do you ship?
- Orders dispatch within 1 business day of payment clearing. You'll get a tracking number by email.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you provided at checkout. Need a status update before then? See our Track Your Order page.
- What's your return policy?
- Unopened, sealed product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping. Opened or resealed product isn't eligible.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Do you sell Japanese-language product?
- Yes — our Japanese Cards category is imported sealed direct from Japan, alongside our English Pokémon and One Piece Card Game product.
